Encouraged sure but OPs have said sometimes the topic vanishes too fast for there to be any comments. Other times, it's a group which bans for the slightest criticism, so everyone's afraid to snark. Due to the UK ban on Imgur I'd like it to also be encouraged to host images at another site, even if it's in addition to also posting from Imgur.
