Funny enough, my youngest has really sensitive skin. First year of life (she was a preemie) we had a few NICU visits. Only time she got diaper rash was at the hospital, where we got Huggies and Pampers. We changed her when she needed it, so it wasn't that. Cheapo diapers never caused a problem. Went through a lot of them, tried name brands a couple of times and it was the name brand diapers that caused a rash every time. I got a niece that will only use Huggies because they hold a metric crap ton of pee and she doesn't have to change her kids as often. Cheap diapers, they pee...it doesn't hold much and have to change them.
