(File/Representational Image)Ahead of the Navratra fair at Mata Mansa Devi temple complex, scheduled from September 22 to October 1, the Panchkula Traffic Police has issued a detailed traffic advisory for smooth traffic flow.According to DCP (Traffic) Manpreet Singh Sudan, commuters travelling between Panchkula and Chandigarh are advised to avoid the Mansa Devi temple road and instead use the Housing Board route.For devotees arriving in heavy vehicles such as buses and tractor-trolleys, parking arrangements have been made near Mansa Devi police station, accessible by turning left from Kohni Sahib Gurdwara. Entry of other heavy vehicles in the temple area will remain strictly prohibited during the fair.For smaller vehicles, including cars, autos, and two-wheelers, parking will be allowed at the designated common parking near Mansa Devi Gaushala.The police have also strictly prohibited parking of any vehicles on the road stretch from Singh Dwar to the temple complex.Auto-rickshaws and e-rickshaws coming from Manimajra will be required to cross the underpass near Kohni Sahib Gurdwara and park in the designated area near gaushala close to the main temple.The traffic police has urged devotees to make maximum use of public transport and to cooperate with traffic personnel deployed in and around the temple premises.Story continues below this adDCP Sudan said that the administration has made all necessary arrangements keeping in mind the convenience and safety of devotees.Stay updated with the latest - Click here to follow us on Instagram© The Indian Express Pvt Ltd
