Gaurav Banerjee's tenure as MD and CEO of Culver Max Entertainment, operating as Sony Pictures Networks India (SPNI), has been extended until August 2029. Shareholders ratified his five-year term at the AGM. Ritesh Khosla and Sibaji Biswas were also appointed as Whole-time Directors. SPNI reported ₹6,511 crore in revenue and ₹840 crore in net profit for FY24.
