However, what appeared to be a normal clip of a cat soon turns bizarre. But, instead of running away from the bus to safety, the daring devil runs to the bus’s front wheels. Confused, netizens made the cat’s gesture out to be an attempt to get hit by the huge vehicle. The bus stopped, but the cat refused to move away and sat right next to the wheel. When the cat didn’t budge, even when the bus drifted an inch further, a man came to its rescue. People can’t decide whether it’s just a “drama cat” or if it’s “going through a lot” The video has amassed a whopping 6.5 million views on Instagram thus far, inviting comments from people who either found it hilarious or horrifying. While some took funny jabs at the incident, theorizing that “her boyfriend left her alone with the litter of kittens while he is with another cat. She couldn’t take it anymore,” and “the cat needs counselling,” others tried to dig into what would’ve really gone down there. However, it’s unclear whether the cat was really trying to get crushed by the bus or just got scared seeing the vehicle approaching and simply moved under it to take shelter. The video also flamed the good old theory of cats having nine lives, seeing some hilarious references to it in the comment section.
