You can’t get that at even a in home daycare. I live in a lcol area and the absolute cheapest I’ve seen is $200/wk per kid. That provider also has “adult baby day” where her and all the kids have to wear diapers outside their clothes and do things like pretend to poop in them, shake rattles and baby talk. So ya know. Probably not the best care at that rate. Also had many kids in our center who were left with adult “babysitters” for veryyyy cheaply during our closed hours and it shockingly never ends well. Totally with you on the nanny thing, though. It’s like asking to go on a cruise for the cost of a camping trip. Some things are luxury’s that we can’t afford, yet everyone and their mom seems to think they deserve a nanny.
