The precious metal is on its best three-day run since March, according to Dow Jones Market Data.The Fed lowered interest rates for the first time since December on Thursday and Wall Street is expecting borrowing costs to fall by another half a point by the end of 2025. When rates fall, yield assets such as bonds and cash tend to offer lower returns, which incentivizes investors to buy bullion.
