31 F, have a 8 month old (very grateful), good partner (fiancé) I'm looking for a good psychologist in the area. I've been dealing with this new mother role, relationship change, complicated traditional wedding negotiations, high demand job in health and extremely complicated family dynamics which have reached peaks. I'd appreciate someone who understands the perspective of a hardworking modern day, black female who comes from a very traditional, authoritative family. I'm trying to change a lot of my thoughts, behaviours and be a good partner and mom. I don't want to transfer avoidable behaviours to future gen.
