‘Those poor girls must have been terrified’ Men book Airbnb under fake ID, bring underage girls, and trash the place

An Airbnb owner has shared the shocking destruction left behind at her property by a group of men she claims used a fake ID to book on the app. What’s even worse is that the owner of the property also claims this large group of men brought underage girls with them to stay with them. “Aurielleproperty,” a TikToker in the U.K. who documents her property renovations on the app, shared the carnage left in the wake of her unexpected visitors. “Fake ID was used to book my Airbnb, 20 men turned up with underage girls and left my property looking like this.” In the video we can see that almost nothing was left untouched. It looks like a hurricane blew through, with the lights, furniture, and even the doors smashed to pieces. @aurielleproperty Update on my wrecked Airbnb (answering about the girls, why did I rent it to a gang, the evidence & police response). Quite hard to say everything quickly so sorry in advance I did my best xx #airbnbhost #airbnb #airbnbfinds #crime #crimestory ♬ original sound – Elle Usually with Airbnb it’s the host that the problem, but this time is different. This much destruction seems downright malicious, even if it was a party, who would cause so much havoc? It truly looks as though nothing was left untouched by the rampage. However, the worst part is the fact that this large group of men allegedly invited underage girls into the house, some of whom were 14 years old according to Elle who was able to look at a neighbor’s CCTV to find out what happened. In another video it’s clear that every door to the bedrooms upstairs has been taken off. “If your little girl was in here, thinking she was coming to a party, she would have nowhere to hide or escape.” What transpired during the group’s stay is horrifying to think about. What happened next? Frustratingly, it does not seem like the local authorities are taking the matter seriously, despite it being a case of child exploitation (and criminal damage). In a video posted earlier in the month, (shortly after the incident) Elle expressed her frustrations with the lack of communication or even interest in the case from the police. She clarified that she had left it five days during which she called the police everyday, but with no response she was left with no choice but to clean the Airbnb property so she could continue renting it out, (it is her source of income after all). While the clean up was no doubt a nightmare for her, Elle’s main concern is the fact that her property is a literal crime scene that she’ll be dealing with while authorities seemingly do nothing. “This is not me just being like, ‘oh my god they trashed my Airbnb, like they broke a shelf,’ that’s not even what this is. I now have to go clean up a house full of evidence, it is a crime scene, what else is it if it’s not a crime scene?” While many recommended Elle release the CCTV, Elle pointed out that children were involved, it’s a sensitive case and one that local authorities don’t seem interested in solving. We can only hope Elle is contacted by police soon.
