Akzo Nobel I share price: The Competition Commission of India has approved JSW Paints’ Rs 12,915 crore deal to acquire up to 75% stake in Akzo Nobel India, maker of Dulux paints. The acquisition will position JSW Paints as the fourth-largest player in India’s decorative paints market.
