Mahindra Lifespace Developers will redevelop two housing societies in Chembur. The societies are located in the Diamond Garden area. The projects cover 2.6 acres and 1.8 acres respectively. The combined gross development potential is around Rs 1,700 crore. This project will add to Mahindra Lifespaces’ Mumbai portfolio. The company is also executing redevelopment and greenfield projects.
