Madhya Pradesh has achieved a record low in India's renewable energy pricing with a 600 MW solar-plus-storage project. Ceigall India Ltd and ACME Solar won the bid at Rs 2.7/unit and Rs 2.76/unit, respectively. This Morena project marks the first firm renewable energy bid below Rs 3/unit, ensuring 95% annual availability and equal capacity during peak hours.
