Malta’s premier design expo, designMT, is back and from 29th September to 4th October 2025, Valletta will once again transform into a hub of creativity as the city’s most iconic spaces open their doors to celebrate design where tradition meets innovation. This year, exhibitions will be spread across four remarkable venues: the Auberge d’Aragon, Fortress Builders, the Valletta Design Cluster and, for the very first time, the historic Our Lady of Pilar Chapel.Free and open to the public, the exhibitions will showcase a curated collection of contemporary design pieces that blend functionality, style, and cultural significance, reflecting modern living in meaningful ways. The Chapel of Our Lady of the Pilar, a gem of High Baroque architecture dating back to the 1670s, joins designMT as its newest exhibition space.
