Lennox Lewis advises Anthony Joshua and Tyson Fury to take a leaf out of his book to end their rivalry.Joshua and Fury were heavily linked to a two-fight deal for 2025 until the latter announced his retirement from the sport in January.Lewis, one of Britain’s best-loved and most respected boxers, retired with a record of 41-2-1GettyWhile Fury’s decision initially derailed the plans for the long-term rivals to finally share the ring, it seems like ‘The Gypsy King’ is open to making a return.Meaning that a match-up could potentially be back on the cards, once again, especially if Joshua’s social media call-out is answered. One man who has been in a similar position of uncertainty in regards to facing his rival is heavyweight icon, Lewis. When the question was posed on talkSPORT Boxing as to whether or not he thinks that Joshua and Fury would regret it if they don’t fight, the 60-year-old called upon his own experiences.Lewis explained: “For me, my regret would have been not fighting Mike Tyson.“He was incarcerated for a little bit and we didn’t know what he didn’t know what he was going to do, if he was going to come out or if he was going to fight.“He came out, he fought, [and] now people know the difference between me and him.
