On the eve of a historic day in which our country will recognise the State of Palestine, the delivery of 250 tonnes of flour from Malta to Gaza has arrived. Under the coordination of World Central Kitchen, this will serve as humanitarian aid for the Palestinian people.At the same time, here in Malta we continue to assist Palestinian children who were injured in the conflict.Prime Minister Robert Abela highlighted this initiative in a post on his Facebook page, emphasising Malta’s commitment to stand with the Palestinian people.We remain committed to helping not only through declarations towards a solution for the future, but also with concrete action to address the suffering of today.Photo credits to Robert Abela•
