Six accused were arrested for the murder of Kabir alias Shiv Prakash, who was strangled and his body burnt over a property dispute. The suspects attempted to evade police by using basic phones, discarding SIM cards, and travelling on interior roads. Despite these efforts, a sustained investigation led to their capture.
