Now, on the 1-hour timeframe, the price has entered a compression zone. A breakout from this range with a strong confirming candle can define the next move. Based on our watchlist, our preference is a downside breakout. Personally, I plan to use a properly placed sell-stop to enter the position if the range breaks to the downside with strong momentum. Additional note: It’s important to wait for a clear close outside the range and avoid early entries, as false breakouts are common during compression phases. Confirmation through candle strength or volume can significantly improve the quality of the setup.
