liability insurance operations in Europe.Both Berhault and Benajiba have more than 17 years of experience in transactional liability underwriting.They were previously with Acquinex, where they served as co-heads for southern Europe and Latin America and were members of the company’s European management team.Berhault previously managed the southern European practice at ANV, led the transactional
