Annamayya District-in-charge Minister and Minister for Roads and Buildings B.C. Janardhan Reddy on Monday (December 15, 2025) said that welfare and development initiatives are progressing at a rapid pace under the NDA government.Speaking to the media after interacting with party leaders and workers at the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) office here, the Minister said that he received hundreds of petitions related to public grievances, local development works, administrative functions, and party cadre issues. Acting on the directions of Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu and IT Minister Nara Lokesh, feedback from the public and party workers was being collected and addressed in a structured manner, he added.Mr. Reddy noted that several representations flagged alleged negligence by officials in certain areas. “If lapses are established, strict action will be initiated against the erring officials,” he said. All petitions would be examined in detail and a comprehensive district-level review would be conducted in the presence of the Collector and Superintendent of Police to ensure time-bound resolution, Mr. Reddy added.The Minister said that most petitions were about revenue matters, infrastructure, and development-related issues, which would be resolved at the earliest.
