My biggest fear so I NEVER lessen the tip. I’ve learned to start with the bare minimum (usually 10% unless it’s a high dollar amount but only like 4 or 5 items) and add on if they do a great job. Some shoppers suck. I get sooooo mad if they get the ice cream with half the store/list left to shop. I’ve considered taking their tip, lol.
