NBCC India will develop a massive 4.5 million sq ft real estate project in Delhi. This project has a revenue potential of Rs 8,500 crore. The development follows a settlement with the Delhi government over a 42.46-acre land parcel in Sultanpur. NBCC will receive development rights for half the land.
