I bought a used bedframe on FB marketplace and arranged for my dad to pick it up on his way home from work. This lady told me she'd have it taken apart and outside. Not only did my dad have to take it apart for her, he had to take the mattress and bedding off. AND carry it down a tiny flight of stairs to his car. I felt so bad
