The office property sector accounted for 58 per cent of the total investments, which came to $2 billion, representing the investors' trust in the sector's size, rental stability, and institutional demand. The report revealed that the volumes of investments in office real estate were almost the same as the average of the last three years, while the overall capital deployment was moderate.
