Group of anti-Israel hackers claim they have had access for years to the telephone of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s chief of staff, after hacking into former Prime Minister Naftali Bennett’s phone.By World Israel News StaffAn anti-Israel group of hackers linked to Iran claimed over the weekend to have gained access to the cell phone used by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s chief of staff, using it to monitor the workings of the prime minister’s inner circle for years. On Sunday, the hacker group Handala wrote on social media that it had managed to infiltrate the iPhone 16 Pro Max used by Tzachi Braverman, a long-time associate of Netanyahu who currently serves as his chief of staff.According to Handala, the group gained access to Braverman’s account years ago, and has been accumulating information ever since.“Every secret entrusted to Tzachi Braverman, Netanyahu’s Chief of Staff, gatekeeper, and vault of all forbidden truths, is now wide open,” the group claimed, calling the alleged digital infiltration “Bibi Gate Operation: The Gatekeeper’s Fall.”“Braverman’s iPhone 16 Pro Max is hacked. Not just now, Handala has been watching, infiltrating, and listening for years. The silent guardian you trusted, the one orchestrating Bibi’s world, deciding who gets in and who disappears, collecting every dirty secret, has become your greatest vulnerability. The vault you depended on is now ours.”The hackers claimed to have stolen a wide variety of data from the phone, including encrypted chats, videos, voice recordings, along with information on “hidden deals,” business arrangements, and proof of alleged corruption.Handala released several photographs allegedly taken from Braverman’s phone showing him with then-President Joe Biden and with President Donald Trump during a meeting with Netanyahu. The group threatened to leak additional information, including a “vault” of “secrets” which could topple the government.Earlier this month, Handala claimed it had “easily” hacked into former Prime Minister Naftali Bennett’s iPhone 13 device, gaining access to sensitive information.Bennett later denied that the group had infiltrated his phone, but acknowledged that they had broken into his Telegram account. The post Phone used by Netanyahu’s chief of staff hacked by Iranian group – report appeared first on World Israel News.
