Hi everyone! I'm hoping someone can help restore this family photograph from the early 1900s. I apologize that this is a photo of a photo - it's all I have right now of the original. This is one of very few photographs I have of these family members, and I'm working on a family history project. Quick question for the community since I'm new here - I see the rules say tips are optional for non-paid requests. Does that mean if someone messages me asking for payment I should report that to the mods? Or is it normal for people to ask? Just want to make sure I'm following the right etiquette here.
