Whoa, OP. I replied above thinking your mom is on dialysis, but this is far worse. Her transplant program likely has a social worker as well. She may still have a nurse coordinator assigned to her care. PLEASE reach out to someone on her transplant team or nephrologist ASAP. If that fails, call your local APS. I saw that she was septic at one point as well. This is a serious situation that will likely end up causing her serious illness again, especially if she is changing diapers without washing her hands. She is immunocompromised and should be nowhere near small children this frequently and in direct care.
