I rent to seniors. They are usually alone on the holidays so I always bring them a plate of food and a blanket (old people are always cold). I feel your aunts pain, I want to sell but these people would be immediately priced out. I've had some of these tenants for 15 years, they have nowhere to go and can't afford anything else. I absolutely hate being a landlord, I hate owning property, I dont want anything to do with it anymore but I can't bring myself to do it. I consider many if them family.
