What a greedy bitch, I've never ever received a gift for Christmas from a landlord. Maybe a card but never money or rent. What an entitled loser. Obviously jealous someone is successful in life. They should be happy they can afford their own place at all, many can't. Then to think of scolding them or getting passive aggressive?? I hope they get an eviction notice. Coming up with a deposit probably won't help their entitled situation.
