I put a Micro SD with games on my HTC Thunderbolt and i couldn't find a "files" app, so I went to settings to see if I could import and I couldn't do that either, then i tried to use a micro usb cable to my pc to import files but that didn't seem to works either, i have been stuck on that file page screen for a while now
