You are a great landlord, I hope you know that! You're a rarity. My mom just got a new one and they raised the rent so so much more than her old one, she doesn't know how she'll afford it (she lives mostly off Social Security) and now is requiring renter's insurance. I wish more landlords were like you. So thank you for being one of the good ones!
