And this gives the enterprising companies in China to play catch up. By looking at the financial metrics, PE ratio, customer base, products, etc, it appears Cambricon is overvalued. However, from a trend perspective and with the China government support on semiconductors, there remains a good opportunity for further growth. We could see from chart that since August this year, the price has been moving in a sideway movement. I would want to nibble some if it comes to the support level at 1185 and lower.
