Continued low-volume pullbacks followed by higher lows. Buyers remain active around the $3.60–$3.80 demand zone. Path Break and hold above $4.20–$4.40 Momentum expansion toward: R1: ~$6.75 R2: ~$9.00–$9.10 Confirmation signals Bullish engulfing or strong close above recent range high Increasing volume on green candles EMAs curling upward and separating Risk Failure to reclaim $4.20 with volume could delay the move. Scenario 2: Base / Consolidation (Most Likely Short-Term) Probability: High What this looks like Price chops between $3.50 – $4.30 EMAs flatten and compress Volume stays muted Meaning This would be constructive consolidation, not bearish. Often precedes a volatility expansion (breakout or breakdown). How to read it As long as price stays above ~$3.40, structure remains bullish. Range highs become more important than moving averages. Invalidation Clean breakdown below $3.40 with volume.
