Gaurav Khanna may have emerged as the winner of Bigg Boss 19, but it was Tanya Mittal who turned into a viral sensation across social media platforms—largely due to her claims about her lifestyle and wealth. From stating that she has helpers even to assist her while bathing, to claiming her house has lifts in both the residence and the kitchen, Tanya quickly became a favourite target of trolls, both inside and outside the Bigg Boss house. Her assertions of owning multiple factories, having no friends, and not participating in party culture further added to the scrutiny. Even her deep attachment to her family was questioned, with many alleging it was exaggerated or fabricated.Now, putting speculation to rest, Tanya has given a house tour of “one of her homes” in Gwalior.After reuniting with her family following a long 104-day separation, Tanya invited the team from News Pinch to document her much-discussed home. I was like, ‘Aao toh sahi!’”The celebrations continued in the sprawling garden before the family moved indoors. The house was adorned with sculptures and photographs of deities. Watching her face everything by herself inside Bigg Boss was extremely painful for us. She was mostly brought up by her maternal uncle and aunts. You’ll find lifts in all our homes. We have several factories across Gwalior. There is a lot more.”Defending Tanya, her sister-in-law said, “People living in cities with smaller homes might feel her claims are fake. That environment broke her emotionally. I never felt I lacked anything—not even a garden or a lift.”She added, “It was my chote mama who started the culture of setting up factories in our family. I learnt everything from him.”Addressing the much-discussed silver bottle and utensils, Tanya’s brother-in-law said, “Using silver plates, glasses, and bottles is normal for us. Nothing she claimed was false.”The family also reiterated Tanya’s spiritual upbringing, strict vegetarianism, and lack of party culture. “We are a deeply spiritual family. We don’t drink or eat non-vegetarian food. Our gatherings themselves feel like parties because the family is so big.”The tour concluded on Tanya’s exclusive floor. Showing her space, she said, “This entire floor is mine—my room, gym, and drawing room. No one else comes here.”Her brother added, “This floor was designed as a spa for her.
