Libya's Communications Minister, Walid Ellafi, addressed the death of the Libyan Army Chief of Staff in a private plane crash near Ankara. Ellafi stated that Libya "will send a delegation to follow up on the circumstances of the event," and added that "all signs point to a technical malfunction that caused the crash."He also emphasized that "the crashed plane was not Libyan but was leased."
