This could change however due to Geopolitical risk for premium expansion, inventory tightness and seasonal demand etc. Funds are also not heavily invested in oil so far, so if we do gain headlines in the coming months we could see a spike on Crude Oil. When it comes to Technical analysis we can quite see that the support area (Blue) is being quite respected so far - If we see a break above resistance (line in black) we could potentially see a short term rally coming in on CL! CL1!
