The Cottonera is once again gearing up to welcome the New Year in style, with the much-loved New Year’s Eve concert returning to Dock Number 1 on 31st December. Organised by the Kottonera Foundation, this annual celebration has become a staple in Malta’s festive calendar — and this year’s edition promises to deliver.Taking to the stage will be local favourites Kantera, alongside Matthew James and Ira Losco, with the night hosted by Ray Calleja and Dorianne Mamo. Beyond the music, attendees can also expect a spectacular fireworks display, an eye-catching drone show, and plenty of food and drink stalls to keep the energy high all night long.Parliamentary Secretary for Local Government Alison Zerafa Civelli highlighted how this event has firmly placed the Cottonera on Malta’s cultural map, transforming the area into a destination of choice for one of the most magical nights of the year.
