I've been in the same place for almost 20 years. The landlords bought the place about 12 years ago. I came with the place. I've babysat their little ones and watched the dogs. I give THEM candy and money envelopes for the kids. Because they keep the place beautiful. They give me Dunkin cards and usually a little something pretty. Last year, the husband had a special breast cancer survivor pink t-shirt with their landscape company logo on it. I am an excellent tenant. 😂
