Vivek Vihar fire: Nine people died and 15 were rescued after a fire broke out in a four-storey residential building in Delhi’s Vivek Vihar early on Sunday. Iron grills on windows and a locked terrace turned the building into a death trap. The blaze started on the second floor, possibly due to a short circuit.
