Maltese ultra-endurance athlete Fabio Spiteri has powered through a brutal 76km swim as part of an ongoing ultra-triathlon challenge.Sharing an update mid-race, Spiteri revealed he was the third athlete out of the water, just behind Jurand Czabański and Beto Stael.“76km in 42hrs. That was tough.
