5/4/26 - $lulu - Hard to ignore at this ptlululemon athletica inc.NASDAQ:LULUVROCKSTAR5/4/26 :: VROCKSTAR :: LULU Hard to ignore at this pt - at over 7% fcf yield, brand still growing ex-US - i get it... the new CEO... awful pick. actually awful. why? i watched a few interviews of her on YT from NKE days and this is not someone i'd personally pick to run my $15B brand-in-peril company - alas - as much as i'm trying to slow myself down by drinking the occasional fluoridated water and getting that forever chemical hit... lulu is just a great product. great for travel. looks great. outweighs the natural-fiber-bro arguments - this is going into my 2026 "rent and chill" book. i have found i'm much better than stock selection than timing (and tbh i have no interest in playing the spooky lines at a distance TA games) - so i'm buying the $130 spot... renting the 45dte for about 8.5%. think stock is already a buy here but don't want to babysit it - happy to own it lower, rinse and repeat - this thing just throws off too much cash and i've been in the alo stores recently (from my vegas trip) and man... these guys should just copy the lulu store vibes. beyond just being "not lulu" the alo store feels dystopian and sad, perhaps they're just reflecting the demographic they're selling to though. have a great week. >) V
