This crowdfunding is quite confusing bc of the inconsistencies. August 2025 moved into two bedroom apartment with BF —> October 2025 BF breaks up with OOP —> January 2026 BF moves out. OOP says she has been paying rent and expenses since October. She kicked her BF out and had him taken off the lease but now she is seeking half the rent from February to August ‘26. Seems if the BF is on the hook for the other half of the rent how is that possible that he was taken off the lease? Or she’s being gracious by only seeking half the rent so she can show she is contributing? She already used some of her savings! No answer to if she could ask for an early lease break, find a roommate or try to get a loan or use her own credit. Do you not get in bold “I’m already going to have to spend quite a bit to move AGAIN.” She already paid through May but it’s only fair that she seeks 685 a month from February bc that’s when her ex moved out so she is seeking 4 months of back rent and 3 month of future rent.
