XAUUSD – Market AnalysisGOLD (US$/OZ)TVC:GOLDxauusd_rrGold has completed a clear downside expansion followed by a liquidity sweep into the 4,500–4,550 demand zone, where strong buying interest has stepped in. The reaction from this area suggests that sellers are losing momentum, while early signs of accumulation are beginning to form. From a structural perspective, price remains within a corrective phase inside a broader bullish context. The recent move lower appears to be a retracement into imbalance and demand, rather than a continuation of a bearish trend. Volume profile also shows increased activity at the current range, indicating acceptance rather than rejection. In the short term, price is consolidating above the swept low, forming a base. If this structure holds, a gradual push higher is likely, targeting 4,660 → 4,780, with potential extension towards 4,800+ if momentum builds. However, failure to hold above the current demand zone would invalidate the bullish scenario, opening the door for a deeper move towards 4,400. 🧠 Sphyn View: Personally, I see this move as a classic liquidity grab before continuation. The market has cleared downside liquidity and is now stabilising, which often precedes a reversal or at least a corrective rally. I am not interested in chasing price at current levels, but rather waiting for confirmation of higher lows before positioning long. If the structure continues to hold, I favour upside expansion in the coming sessions.
