Yesterday, at around 8.30am, the Police were informed that a traffic accident had occurred in Triq Ċensu Borġ, Ħamrun.From initial investigations, it resulted that an 84-year-old woman, a resident of Ħamrun, was hit by an Isuzu Elf van driven by a 67-year-old man, a resident of Rabat.A medical team was called to the scene, and an ambulance took the woman to Mater Dei Hospital for treatment, where she was later certified to be suffering from serious injuries.Lovin Malta has reached out to the police, and her condition remains unchanged.Police investigations are still ongoing.•
