I know it’s not feasible for everyone but it is for us because we have a truck with a lift gate plus a company gas card. But we started selling stuff much quicker when we offered delivery for a price. Little bit bigger stuff like arm chair or patio table. We did have a huge couch we were giving away but we did pickup only, we weren’t transporting and delivering something that big even for a price. We put it in the post. If it is within 5-10 min of us. We live right in town anyways. Same reason people pay for delivery services like door dash when they’re perfectly capable of getting it themselves. Plus it’s off our property quicker. If it’s something for free then no they can pick it up themselves.
