Does that 30 or 40 seconds help you in your own building?“Is there anybody in the Cleveland Browns, in that building, that sits there and goes, ‘Yep, that’s a good moment for Shedeur. He shows growth or maturity, or he handled that well or whatnot.”“Are you helping yourself in your own building? And then is that helping you outside of your own building? Sanders has taken criticism for his recent actions, which have been labeled immatureGetty“Is there another team, a general manager, a president, a decision maker that’s going, ‘I liked that. I liked that. I think that person’s going to help us.'”Orlovsky went on to clarify that he doesn’t believe Sanders is an immature person, but that he hopes someone close to the rookie will help him avoid these situations in future. He continued: “While he may not be an immature person… that’s an immature moment.“And I hope there’s somebody in Shedeur’s circle that says, ‘Hey, be yourself, I just don’t think that’s helping you when it comes to you solidifying a role at that spot in the NFL.'”NFL's Greatest......Ranking the top 10......Quarterbacks of all-time – Can anyone better Tom Brady?Wide receivers of all-time – Does Randy Moss or Jerry Rice come out on top?Running backs of all-time – Stacking Jim Brown, Barry Sanders, Walter Payton, Emmitt Smith and moreTight ends of all-time – How does Travis Kelce compare?Sanders, no doubt, still has a lot of learning to do if he wants to one day establish himself as a starter in the NFL.After falling silent on the media, he has returned with a message of support to his new No. 1 quarterback, and that suggests he is already growing from the recent fallout.Stay up to date with the latest from the NFL across all platforms – follow our dedicated talkSPORT USA Facebook page and subscribe to our talkSPORT USA YouTube channel for all the news, exclusives, interviews and more.
