Stable One UI 8 update for Galaxy S23 reaches India

Samsung has started rolling out the stable One UI 8.0 update for the Galaxy S23 series in India. The update was first released in South Korea early last week and then in European countries a few days later. Now, the update has reached even more users.Galaxy S23 gets stable One UI 8 update in IndiaThe stable One UI 8.0 update, based on Android 16, is now available for the Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+, and Galaxy S23 Ultra in India. It will first be released for beta-testers and then to other users. For beta testers, the update will have a download size of over 300MB while for other users, the download size could be around 3GB.The update comes with firmware version S91xBXXU8EYI5 and includes the Septemeber 2025 securith patch instead of this month's security patch. If you are a Galaxy S23 series user and live in India, you should check for the new update on your phone. To do that, navigate to Settings > Software update > Download and install. Once the download is finished, tap the Install now button. The phone will then restart after a few minutes.This update brings several new and improved features to Galaxy S23 series devices. Some of the improvements include a new design for Quick Share, Samsung Internet, and My Files. Modes and Routines has received new actions and conditions. Alarm, Calendar, and Reminder apps have received new management features.One UI 8 also makes Secure Folder even more secure and makes DeX better by adding display rotation options.
