This new train will further strengthen the connectivity between two cities. For now, this semi-high-speed train will operate as a festival special train.In a statement, Himanshu Shekhar Upadhyay, Chief Public Relations Officer, Northern Railway said: “To facilitate the travel of passengers during ensuing festivals, Railways have decided to run Vande Bharat festival special trains. From New Delhi, the train will begin its commercial journey on October 11. However, from Patna Junction, the train will commence its journey on October 12. The New Delhi-Patna-New Delhi Vande Bharat Special train will remain in operation from October 11 to November 16.
