HCL Infosystems Limited received Rs 102.81 crore, plus 10% annual interest, in an arbitration against the UIDAI. The relief pertains to dues for its extended role as a managed services provider from August 2019 to August 2021, following a unilateral contract extension. UIDAI's counterclaims of Rs 72.71 crore were also disallowed.
