I'm beyond furious with these people. I live with frugal means to achieve my goals and donate and volunteer regularly even if I don't have much at all and these people waste money to get high and demand free groceries. There's a special place in hell for those who show no moral compass nor dignity or I've wasted my life keeping my head up.
