do you wanna know what kind of confuses me. Is that the poster says that she has gastroparesis. Which does very much limit the diet……. But looking at this list that she’s giving I literally was told by my gastroenterologist because I have gastroparesis too to strictly limit like 70% of this list,and DO NOT EAT 20% of it. to be honest with you, I don’t know if anybody will actually read but below I have posted from the Mayo Clinic the best “ diet” not only for symptoms, but to help manage/make sure you’re getting adequate nutrition, as some people who have gastroparesis do end up being tube fed/are already tube fed.
